My passion lies in empowering both men and women through fitness and strength. I believe in moving better, living better, looking better, and shining with confidence. My approach is deeply personalized, ensuring each client’s journey is as unique as their goals. Here, you won’t find any cookie-cutter diets or workouts – only carefully guided training methods and nutrition tailored just for you.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of transforming the lives of hundreds of individuals, from athletes and physique competitors to personal trainers, dancers, teenagers, and those battling conditions like osteoporosis. The joy of connecting with people and helping them tap into their inner strength to achieve their fitness goals is what fuels my day.
Fitness, competitive sport, and performance have been my lifelong passions. With over 20 years of dance experience, I’ve performed at prestigious venues like the Sydney Opera House, achieving top national placements. Alongside running a dance school for students aged 2 to 60+, I ventured into the world of physique competition in 2016. This journey led me to 15 first-place finishes, 2 pro cards, and a world title, traveling globally to compete in America, Singapore, Brazil. I’ve also coached others to reach their peak, including guiding a client to become a world champion.
